Teams use Incumbently to build lead lists from competitors' customers, spot churn risk, find new adopters for partnerships, and see market share by category or compare tools head to head. It also finds decision makers by team with verified work emails. Alerts can go out by email, webhook or Slack, with real-time alerts on higher plans. Data is available through a web dashboard, a REST API and an MCP server for AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Plans range from a free tier to Pro, Max and Enterprise.
