Taking much longer time to resolve tickets and never share expected resolution time against tickets or RCA for our own learning. After any system updates no information shared about benifits and never test client reports whether after system upgradation linking of data base against system report working or not. What do you like best about Increff WMS?

- The WMS flows are pretty seamless.

- The team is helpful and available for support anytime.

- There have been significantly fewer production issues both from a software perspective as well as an operational perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Increff WMS?

- The initial integration is a learning curve as the documentation has not matured.

- There is no proper way to test all the flows locally.

- Lack of automation in the testing and stage flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Increff WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Increff handles all the WMS flows from inventory management to handing over items to shipping providers.

- They have integration with multiple shipping aggregators as well which solves most of the integration issues.

- Increff also solves our invoicing and PO needs.

1.Getting details is very easy(eg.If i need to get data of a customer or an order just need to type the order id and all details is flashed on same page.No need to go through multiple reports.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Increff WMS?

Sub order id update was the update i disliked.

If you try to search order using system order id details visible is different,if use sub order id correct details is visible.This is creating confusion between whs as we are not able to identify the correct details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2. GRN process can be customized on extra and excess items inward against PO. If PO qty is reached, then it should not generate the item ID.

3. Authorization is required on the transaction level. Currently, we can define authorization on WMS/OMS/CIMS operator/Admin/suprivouser level only

4. Box ID printout be on GRID level instead of printing it in item level. It will save on a sheet

5. B2B picking based on shorting on style/color/size level. It will help customers when they receive the shipment with a packing list on grid level and style-wise packing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Increff WMS?

increff reports only creating so much confusion, for ex- Order status report and outward summary report not fetching same data; also Box level ID report seems like issue cause there is instruction once b2b is handover mark then warehouse team cannot fetch the box level ID data from increff. also we receiveing unfulfillable order (excess order from channel end), order cancellation not syncing with respective marketplaces,thats why i am reducing 1 rating.
