For the Buyer Buyers are offered a no nonsense, fair fee buying system with continually evolving scalper and price gouging proof tools. Our mission is to democratize event management and crush junk fees. For the Planner Planners can access dozens of features and essentially run their in-person, virtual and hybrid Incredible Events from their dashboard; email, ticketing, seating, guest lists and VIP, promoter management, and many other features round out our unique platform built by event planners for event planners. For the Promoter Promoters can finally do away with the often ambiguous relationship they have with planners. They were quick to help solve any questions or issues that come up, and also provide great customer service so we don't have to worry too much about our ticket holders. **What do you dislike about INCREDEVENT?** I wish they had some more tools we could use, but we know that's coming as they keep us up to date with new feature releases. **What problems is INCREDEVENT solving and how is that benefiting you?** We tried using multiple other event platforms and they were much more difficult to use, with higher fees and when we had a question or needed help, INCREDEVENT was always very quick with their responses and always helpful. We were never left wondering about a question, even if it was a long weekend.
