Anonymity feature is the only feature for which I love it. It collects feedback and responses from users and employees without revealing their identity. That makes it more genuine. Everyone can give genuine feedback without any hesitation. And from the implementer's perspective, it is so easy to build a feedback link in just one click and share it through mail to employees for their feedback. Everything is awesome. Till now, I have not faced any issue in creating a feedback form, nor have I received any issues in the feedback box from the users. There are a few things. I love how easy it is to set up a feedback box. It NEVER reveal who sent the feedback, but if they leave an email, we can follow up anonymously, thats the best feature of incogneato.
