Inclusive works with existing recruiting tools so companies don't have to adjust any processes to adopt our tools. We offer video and phone based interviewing solutions that provide screening and interviewing insights around potential moments of unintentional bias, candidate experience, and company cultural fit. We also offer a free Inclusvie Zoom app that allows organizations utilizing Zoom for candidate interviews to have the same visibility to recruiting insights without having to adjust any processes or without having to add any new tools. Organizations utilizing our solution have seen improved diversity hiring metrics and reduced employee attrition.
