**What do you like best about Incisive Xcellerator?**

What I like best about Xcellerator is that it’s easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Incisive Xcellerator?**

We do have some program issues here and there that make the program freeze and an exception occur.  When that happens we have to log out of the whole program and restart, this gets a bit annoying.

**What problems is Incisive Xcellerator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our order taking with Xcellerator we have realized has become so much easier than some of the other programs out there.
