They are impossible to cancel and I do all of these things independently anyways. **What do you dislike about Incfile.com?** Their unethical and continued charges to my credit cards. **Recommendations to others considering Incfile.com:** DON'T do it. They also go by bizee now, so steer clear of that as well. **What problems is Incfile.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been trying to cancel charges from them for years. I'm unable to do this on their website, via my numerous requests to their support teams, and am continuously needing to dispute these charges with my credit card company. I've actively been requesting cancellations since spring of 2023. It's now June 2025 and just saw yet another annual charge by them. This is unacceptable, unauthorized and complete violation of all ethical boundaries. STAY FAR AWAY! ### 2. I was able to set up my LLC and then file my SCorp paperwork as well. It was super easy, and the price was very affordable. The few questions I had were answered promptly by customer support. They also offer extra resources like being your registered agent, so they receive a good amount of correspondence for your LLC and pass on only what is needed. All the annual reports and filings you need to submit are also available within Incfile.com. Overall this is a simple, all-in-one process for starting your LLC. **What do you dislike about Incfile.com?** Honestly, it was so simple for what I needed to do in getting started that there wasn't anything I did not like. I would use Incfile.com again if I needed to set up a future LLC or SCorp. **Recommendations to others considering Incfile.com:** Make sure that you look around Incfile to see all that they have to offer. They give you free tax consultations and other tools besides your basic startup tasks. And if ever in question, reach out to their support team as they are super quick and fantastic! **What problems is Incfile.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Incfile.com was a lifesaver as I had no idea where to start in beginning my LLC. They gave me all the steps, tools, and help that I needed.
