InboxPilot is an AI email assistant for team inboxes in Gmail and Outlook, built for teams where several people answer one address like info@ or support@. InboxPilot sorts each incoming email by type and routes it to the right team, such as Sales, Support, Students or Billing, each on its own label or folder. It drafts the reply from the company's own docs, website, past replies and tools like Shopify and Google Sheets, and a person reviews and sends it; auto-send is optional. Unlike a help desk, InboxPilot needs no new app or migration: it works inside the inbox the team already uses, and drafts start within minutes. Unlike a personal AI assistant, it handles what a whole team receives: customer questions, lead enquiries, quotes, order status, bookings and documents. InboxPilot is priced by conversations handled, not per seat: $39, $99, $249 or $499 a month, with a 7-day free trial, no card required. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant; customer data never trains AI models.
