"Simplified Email Management with Great Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I like Inboxkit's great pricing and the automated setup of the mailboxes. It saves me hours of time by handling the DNS, domains, and mailboxes automatically. The initial setup was really easy, which is a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

The only issue I've had is keeping track of my monthly spend with the subscription + extra inboxes. The wallet concept makes it a little bit hard to track where I'm at with spend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable email sending at scale"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I really like working with Inboxkit because they're easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Their fast response time is impressive, and they make sure to get domains and emails up and running while ensuring all the records are correct. I also appreciate how they seamlessly connect everything to the Outreach platform, saving me a lot of time by not having to personally connect mailboxes or check records for 200 plus inboxes. The team is very effective and efficient, always getting the job done. Plus, the setup was very straightforward, the team was helpful with any questions, and the dashboard is clean. What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

"Streamlined Email Campaigns with Effortless Integration"

What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I like the user interface and how good the API is. We can integrate them pretty well into our operations, which helps us onboard clients quicker and monitor email performance. It's easier with our custom dashboards powered by their API, and we can be faster with cancellations, renewals, or buying new inboxes. The initial setup is super easy, like a five-click setup, and the templates and explanations for everything are right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Deliverability, Intuitive UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I like that Inboxkit has a nice and intuitive UI, which makes it easy to use. It's great that I can either operate it myself or delegate it to a junior employee without any issues. The customer support is quick and fast, which is a big plus because having robust support is crucial when dealing with email box providers. The setup is super easy and doesn't take much time. I just add in my credits by domains, get my mailboxes, and everything is connected automatically to my sequencer of choice. It's straightforward, and everything gets done in a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

Sometimes, maybe once in a few months, I might have some random email disconnections. For which I would have to go and raise a ticket for them, and, they would solve it. So that's an issue if it was automated or without me checking. Emails, whenever they're disconnected, if they could be reconnected, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Value and Feature-Rich for Cold Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Inboxkit?

I like that Inboxkit is definitely one of the upcoming providers out there, offering a lot of tools apart from just mailboxes, like delivery handling and more. It's valuable because it helps make sure our calls land in the main inbox. Also, the initial setup seems quite good with a lot of features, making it quite easy to do. I also find it to be quite affordable while providing mailbox scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inboxkit?

Definitely, if they can have some more social proof out there, that would be great. It's gonna help users to understand if they're the right fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
