I am impressed with the responsiveness of the developers at Inbox Zero. They address my issues promptly, and not only do they fix them, but they also add new features I didn't even know I wanted. This level of support dramatically enhances my user experience. Additionally, Inbox Zero effectively handles sorting of job application emails by automatically filtering out rejections and highlighting important move-forward emails. This feature significantly reduces my stress levels and improves my efficiency by not having to read through exhausting rejection emails. I love the balance offered by the granular control to manually configure filters, alongside the option to use an assistant for automated setup. The assistant covers about 80% of the task, and I can easily adjust the remaining 20%, combining the best of both worlds. What do you dislike about Inbox Zero? I initially faced many quirks and missing functionality with Inbox Zero. Additionally, I find the self-hosting method cumbersome and would prefer an easier solution, although I understand why the company hasn't prioritized this yet. It's one of those products that does exactly what you need and saved hunders of man hours. Using AI we were able to classify emails and shortcut the process of tagging 300,000 emails across 10 years of trading. The founder was also on hand to discuss product ideas and a bespoke project.
