What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

The seedlists may eventually give you inaccurate data because they never interact with your emails. They try to rotate their emails though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

The onboarding process to set up our account was very easy. Set up was done within a day and we were able to start tracking immediately.

The interface is inuitive and easy to use after first onboarding walkthrough. Additionally our monthly check-ins are productive and share proactive details to keep our account in good standing which is a must as we send regulatoryily mandated messages. Inbox monster provides that peace of mind, being on top of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Must Have Tool for Inbox Deliverability Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

Inbox Monster has a wide array of tools and a clean user interface. Anna is our success rep and she is beyond fantastic and knowledgeable. We get weekly reporting and if in between our reports Anna sees a problem, she alerts us right away and we mitigate the issue. Having insight into if your email messages are actually making it into the inbox is a must have / must know for email marketing. And Inbox Monster is an incredible tool for doing just that at a reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

The setup of any tool like this is going to be some work. Inbox Monster made it easy as possible but it's still a bit of work. The tool itself is great though and I can't think of anything I would complain about at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

Easy to use, comprehensive deliverability tools that give tons of insight on how emails are landing. Their account reps are fantastic resources for improving inbox placement as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

There are a lot of add ons that have been introduced more recently that are a bit out of scope of deliverability and would add to the already high cost of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of our favorite vendors"
5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

The best thing about Inbox Monter is how hands-on our reps are! They are also uniquely well connected within the industry. Compared to other deliverability specialists that just give generic advice, Inbox Monster is actually speaking to people at the different mailbox providers to get actionable advice. We love that our rep proactively checks our account for us and handles any issues for us vs. having to montior it ourselves. Can't reccomend them enough. We love being an Inbox Monster customer! Implementation was easy and we like user interface as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

We wish they had list validation so that all our tools could be in one place, but it is definitely not a dealbreaker and they introduced us to trusted partners Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool with a great customer support team"
5/5
What do you like best about Inbox Monster?

Very simple and user friendly interface that allows us to see how our campaigns are delivered in outlook, gmail, yahoo, etc. Another feature I love to use is the campaign report. Here we can review campaigns and see how are creative is reviewed by the email providers. We primarlily use images to build campaigns so it's helpful feedback to make better design decisions. They also have a great customer support team which is quick to repsond to any questions we may have about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

When using the spamtraps section - I often find myself a little confused by all the different trap defintions. Any help icons that could give a little more insight into the defintions would be helpful. Not a huge issue obvisoluy, but I love when platforms provide that level of detail.
