Nothing comes to mind specifically as the service is very flexible so you can adapt it to your specific needs.

**Recommendations to others considering The Insight Collective:**

Make sure you know who you want to target. It will help generate more relevant leads. 
I'd also recommend going for quality rather than quantity especially if you do not have the resource to follow up each one that comes in.

**What problems is The Insight Collective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us present our company to an audience we would not be able to reach through our normal activities. It is this exposure that is helping us create brand awareness and generate new leads.

**What do you like best about The Insight Collective?**

The team are hugely knowledgable about the whole lead generation process and they don't try to hard sell upgrades or add ons to their service offereings. Their customer support is great and I trust them to offer good advice about best practice in terms of content production and fit. We set up a Hubspot integration so leads land regularly every Wednesday into our CRM for  the sales team to follow up. Quality of the leads is good and fits our ICP.

None that I can think of, would love to be able to increase our work with them but currently restricted by internal budget.

Make sure you have a clearly defined customer profile to target and listen to the team's advice in terms of content development.

There are many areas where Inbox Insights is very strong at, a few that I find the most crucial and helpful are job title and industry accuracy, delivery timeline, customer support, delivery goals, data accuracy.

**What do you dislike about The Insight Collective?**

Sometimes it can take a few back and forth to get the content set up properly with the right fields, but that is quite standard with most content syndicator so wouldn't say it's a red flag.

**Recommendations to others considering The Insight Collective:**

If you are looking for a content syndication channel especially for the European/ UK regions, I'd recommend trying Inbox Insights.

**What problems is The Insight Collective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to drive leads through content syndication and we have very specific job titles and verticals, Inbox Insights was able to provide that within the correct filters. We have previously used many different syndication vendors and by far Inbox Insights provided the best delivery in terms of job title accuracy, delivery timeline, customer support, delivery goals etc. Overall would absolutely recommend them, although they have more EU/ UK leads compared to the rest of the world so something to keep in mind.

A couple of the leads generated required a bit more vetting before being added to our leads report. However, this was remedied and leads were sent over to replace any that were off the mark.

Good consultation when we kick off projects. The team always help put together a campaign plan based on our needs. We often refresh our ICP to ensure we're aligned on the types of leads we're able to work and respond to that will result in the most likely new business outcome.

Potentially having a more effortless ability to add 'double-touch' leads to ensure those leads are as brand-aware as possible.

We are always looking to diversify the channel we use for demand generation. Engaging with more third parties, such as Inbox Insight helps us to increase our reach to contacts that may be brand unaware. The database they can access is of good quality with the contacts being accurate and relevant personas. That means our BDR teams know they are taking with real people who have taken a genuine action.

Inbox Insight could add additional services such as more nurture processes. They are working on this at the moment and it will be interesting to see what they do.

Inbox Insight helped with MQLs for our BDR teams but with quality leads. I want quality data rather than just hitting a volume target.

EMR has worked with Inbox Insight to produce our annual market report twice. Initially, they provided content guidance and designed the report, and the following year they wrote and designed the report for us.

**What do you like best about The Insight Collective?**

The first time I met II was at a trade show, and I was treated to nearly an hour's free content strategy advice, and I was struck by their expertise and passion. SO I asked for their help in modernising our annual report and creating something that was easier to digest visually. The following year we were struggling with resources so it was natural to involve them at the very start of the project, where they helped formulate style, design and wrote copy. I liked how we worked collaboratively together and how well managed the projects were.

Nothing! The projects weren't the easiest to work on and the team handled them with grace and through to a great execution!

They're great to work with as with all agencies, make sure you have your brief nailed and everything is agreed up front!

**Describe the project or task The Insight Collective helped with:**

We were looking for help with content syndication to bring in new qualified leads to help fill pipeline and meet our revenue targets. Our company had lofty revenue growth goals so we wanted to find a partner—or multiple partners—that could help us with our lead gen efforts so sales would have enough pipe to meet quota. Inbox Insight was one of four vendors we ended up testing to see how our content performed with their audience with the hope of scaling spend with the ones we saw the best results with.

**What do you like best about The Insight Collective?**

Inbox Insight allowed us to ask custom questions above and beyond the standard firmographic targeting options. We are a very niche product in an industry that is very slow to move and has an extremely well-established and dominant player.  We know we do best with companies that don't currently offer group health insurance and don't have an HR department but those weren't options in the standard firmographics. The ability to add questions and filter leads by these data points was a really nice feature.

We also only paid for leads that met the specific criteria we set. Granted, the CPL went up as we added more targeting criteria, but we only had to pay for the leads that met the criteria we wanted instead of having to pay for all the leads that come through on a specific piece of content.

**What do you dislike about The Insight Collective?**

Even though Inbox Insight delivered on the promised number of leads, we didn't get a single sale out of it, even with a lookback window of over a year. I can't blame everything on Inbox Insight because that's not fair. There's more that goes into turning a cold content lead into revenue than just the initial interaction with the first piece of content, so I'm sure there were issues with the nurture and sales process we had in place to handle the leads we received from Inbox Insight. That said, we tweaked the nurture program and sales process during our commitment to try to better meet the leads where they were at on the buyer's journey, and we still didn't see improvement from a revenue standpoint.

**Recommendations to others considering The Insight Collective:**

Do more research on their distribution channels, ask about the availability of intent data, and make sure you understand the audience you'll be able to target with Inbox Insight to make sure it aligns with who you're actually wanting to target. If I were to do it over again, I would have been much more thorough in understanding the audience and what they care about, how exactly the content is presented to them, and any other data available to better profile the audience.

Once you've found product-market fit, the next step is scaling the business. You want to get the word out to your ICP who has the need for your solution and understands the value you provide. Inbox Insight helps get your company's content in front of your targeted buyer personas at orgs that fit your ICP.

Account service is great. Everyone that works there, whether in the Sales team or the Operations team are quick to respond, lovely to deal with and don't mess about! They consistently perform well and have been a key preferred partner of our agency for years.

I've worked with Inbox Insight on a variety of their services. I've had market research reports conducted, lead generation campaigns launched, content syndication packages, infographics, content guides, banners -- all designed and implemented by their team. They're incredibly fast and their quality of work has been the best out of any contractor or external vendor that I've used. I've recommended them to several different teams with similar results. I believe we'll continue to use Inbox Insight for the extended future.

The team is extremely fast and professional. They matched design templates to our brand palette effortlessly and created white paper content within a matter of days. Their lead and audience dashboard is also one of the best I've seen. The level of data captured is terrific. This product was clearly thought out and tracked.

**What do you dislike about The Insight Collective?**

No dislikes from what I've seen. We did have some miscommunications with invoicing but that was settled relatively quickly and the Inbox Insight team was willing to work with us on those terms as well.

Our core content and design teams have extremely long queues. Normally it would take months to get a ticket prioritized especially for smaller products. Inbox Insight allowed us to bypass those teams and work efficiently on our own. What would have taken us months, took us a couple of weeks to turn around.
