Since the integration of stories, we've noticed an increase in the number of registrations in our mobile application, as well as session durations. We utilize diverse content, as the functionality of InAppStory allows us to do so—from lifestyle content to user onboarding and important notifications. It has made it much more convenient for us to guide users on how to use our tool by integrating instructions into an easily understandable and accessible format through stories. One of the advantages is also the prevention of questions, as not all users used to read the instructions before. First of all, I would like to note that what was critically important for us when choosing was that InAppStory is a ready-made solution that is easy and quick to integrate, as well as has a high-quality SDK. The tool is very user-friendly and there are many options for customizing stories, such as choosing colors, font sizes, and the ability to schedule publication.
