Thanks to the InAppStory tool, we can promptly inform our clients about promising investment ideas, notify them of trading changes, promote new products and services, and involve them in more active use of our trading application. On the first day of the module's operation, the DAU increased significantly. The product offers worked out just as well. For example, 30% of the customers who signed up for our new loyalty program came from Stories. In terms of conversion to leads, the in-app stories showed high results and is comparable to sending push messages. We have several different types of content within the framework of our in-app stories: product-related, educational/advisory, and entertainment. Each type has its own unique goals and objectives. We use stories to train drivers, particularly on topics such as passenger behavior, maintaining a clean car, payment issues, and more. The assortment of customizable widgets and design choices simplifies the creation of compelling and dynamic content, allowing us to immediately test drivers' knowledge in an interactive format.
