What do you like best about In2?

It has all the features we need to run our business as we want. Really easy to use especially that we are a multi branch sports academy with a head office, so now everything can be controlled, and detailed reports can be generated at the end of each to help us take proper decisions. What do you dislike about In2?

Waiting for some on-going features which should be published soon, so my system would be complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is In2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because of IN2 the burden of opening a new branch no longer exists administratively. The 2 branches we recently opened in September took us 1 week of training the receptionist and from that point everything was on track. And I can easily open in any new location without adding any staff in the office to follow up even if the numbers grew. Because what IN2 is providing me is a centralized software were 1 Admin manager can manage all the receptionist, check their work, collect their money, generate monthly accurate reports alone, and just with several click on the system. And also is helping us as owners and board members to have daily, weekly and monthly view from our phones, of the cash generated, attendance happening, which helps a lot in instantaneous decision making or fixing or errors, and this helped us improve in several aspects. What do you like best about In2?

IN2 combines everything in one platform! I no longer need a secretary for day to day work from attendance to bookings and payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about In2?

Three things I wish IN2 had:

- Reports comparing classes profits and attendance (to see which classes are doing better to keep and which need to be removed). I am currently doing this manually.

- Have the option to trust some students in classes (for them to book on IN2, but pay online) and not trust them in workshops!

- When a class is postponed, to have an option to postpone memberships automatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering In2:

IN2 is a very big platform that contains a lot of features for every type of sports related business. People who use the IN2 app can use it in multiple facets allowing them to be a client in one business, and an instructor in another all from the same app, which is very beneficial!

It's a great eco-system that can really bring together business, instructors, and clients! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is In2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Timely client payments

2) Student satisfaction by being updated on their membership status

3) Class schedule and booking questions have reduced

4) Teacher satisfaction by knowing ahead of time if people signed up to their classes

As such, IN2 has helped reduce our overhead cost by around 30% and increase productivity by around 50%, since a number of day-to-day tasks are not handled by IN2 instead of management! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about In2?

I like how IN2 is super user friendly. It let's you book Yoga and Workout classes instantly, it gives you instant updates on future retreats and workouts. To me it's a one stop booking workout system, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
