It's a great system, just maybe a little too complicated. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Alyssa F. | O, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023 **What do you like best about improveit 360?** It tells you when there's an appt already set for a date/time you're trying to schedule another appt for. I also like the Tasks we can set for other employees to do. **What do you dislike about improveit 360?** I dislike how we have to go back to different pages when scheduling an appt, versus having it all on one page. And there's always a glitch every few months where something has changed temporarily and not for the better.. **What problems is improveit 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Usually, when there's a glitch or something has changed that is worse than before, they fix it eventually. For a while, the Zillow button wasn't working because the system added the extra zip code digits that Zillow doesn't register. They fixed it within a month or so.. OR, sometimes, if we try to set a new/follow-up appt for older existing customers, it makes errors and doesn't allow us to make the appt, unless you change/edit the name/number/adrress. ### 2. There's more to it than we even use. **What do you dislike about improveit 360?** Minimal access to training for it. We feel like we don't capitalize on what we pay for and end up looking in other places for apps and add ons that could be done inside i360 if we had a better training. No ongoing follow up with us to see if we are utilizing all the components. It would be awesome if there were ongoing video trainings popping up in i360 to teach us how to use it more effectively. **Recommendations to others considering improveit 360:** Once you're in you're in. It's hard to think of looking elsewhere once you start down the path. **What problems is improveit 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We cleaned up our books to align with real projects and it opened our eyes to where we were losing money. It helps us to better scale and grow. It is a good tool. ### 3. I also like the ease of generating reports. ### 4. This software makes it simple to pull reports and analyze sales data for marketing and business decisions. Improveit helps keep track of each project and it's progress, who's assigned to what task, what the scope of the work is, and all the relevant data associated with the job from the initial lead source to the final payment and follow up. **What do you dislike about improveit 360?** It's very robust and contains a lot of information. If you are not diligent in collecting data properly or underutilize it's reporting properties it can be overwhelming. **Recommendations to others considering improveit 360:** If you are looking for for reliable data analysis and to grow your business with CRM practices this is a great choice. Just make sure you have the staffing available to enter data properly and process reports. **What problems is improveit 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** My client uses this product for all of their business needs. I use it to measure the ROI on advertising and marketing campaigns as well as to track sales trends.
