The report function that is integrated into the Improvado UI. It's not really an easy to use visualisation tool in terms of customisation and usability. I prefer using an external visualisation tool like Google Data Studio. I mainly use Improvado in order to bundle data sets and make them accessible through Google Big Query.

My company has worked with Improvado for more than two years and so far we have been very pleased with the quality of data connections and customer support. They have helped us efficiently consolidate and manage a huge volume of data coming from more than 20 platforms, including top-tier ones such as Facebook, Google Campaign Manager, YouTube, The Trade Desk. Improvado can activate API data within a day or two for standard reports from all common media platforms. When we want to bring in non-standard metrics or data sources, support team will immediately do research and get back to us within one to two weeks on the feasibility. If something is not feasible, they will give detailed explanation, often citing the sources; this is very helpful for us to come back to our clients with a reasonable No. Improvado also frequent updates their API connections capability; most recently, I was impressed by how quickly they were able to establish API connection to TikTok Ads.
