We have had some trouble with our account reps. The sales rep we started with was very knowledgeable, well spoken and followed through well. The account reps have not been as easy to work with or as knowledgeable which has made some progress go slower than expected. At times our needs have been communicated and not understood and follow up meetings have been a wasted. This has been getting better with our partnership but can still be a struggle at times. I like how the use of Improvado really opens up the possibilities of what we can do with our data. When you collect the data directly from the API and can manipulate it within Improvado, you can do data transformations and manipulations that were out of the question when using direct data connectors like SuperMetrics. There is a steep learning curve, and if you aren't familiar with databases, Excel, and data transformations, this could be a really tough software to implement. I'm having this issue myself, where I am currently the only person who knows how to use Improvado within my team, and getting my teammates onboarded is a lot of work. The Improvado rep can only be so helpful, because a lot of the work within the platform is specific to each client, and to how our company wants to present the data. There is a lot of nuance, detail, and subtly to the data manipulation that happens within Improvado, which makes it very hard to bring in outside users to help with the workload. The customer service is fantastic. I always receive timely updates from the support team and they work endlessly to resolve issues. Once you get a hang of it, it is very easy to use. We have 100's of ad accounts across our channels, which in some platforms can be a nightmare to create pipelines for,. But improvado makes it easy to bulk-create pipelines from templates that are ready to go or build fully customisable schemas. Setting up new integrations is super easy, and we have new pipelines to be created very frequenty so its especially important for it to be quick to do as we're using it all the time. The rows based pricing model is great for us because of our data needs, but if you had lots of high frequency event level datasets it could become a limitation of the business model, but its relatively cheap to get high amounts of row capacity if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Improvado can be a powerful analytics tool for a variety of marketing channels (we chose 2 email providers, Google Analytics, organic and paid social for 5 platforms).
