IMA Worldwide is a change management consulting firm specializing in the Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) — a research-backed framework that helps organizations drive adoption of major change rather than just install new systems, structures, or technologies. For 40+ years, IMA has partnered with global enterprises on M&A integrations, digital transformations, leadership alignment, culture change, and large-scale technology rollouts. AIM emphasizes the disciplines that determine whether change actually sticks: sponsor contracting, reinforcement system design, resistance management, and adoption measurement. AIM Practitioner Certification trains change leaders, HR executives, project managers, transformation officers, and Agile practitioners to deliver measurable adoption outcomes. Unlike exam-based programs, certification is earned through hands-on application to a real initiative. Available as a 6-week virtual cohort or a 4–5 day intensive. Industries served: financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, energy, government, and consumer goods. Engagement types: consulting, training, certification, and embedded change management leadership.
