Controlling permissions from central portal. Ad-hoc available when no agent can be installed. **What do you dislike about Impero Connect?** Slightly easier Portal setup would be useful. **Recommendations to others considering Impero Connect:** Check out the competitor comparisons on their website. **What problems is Impero Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supporting unattended office machines and helping customers with ad-hoc support when they need it. Useful tool for replacing RDP to securely access virtual desktops. ### 2. Friendly, knowledgeable, support. **What do you dislike about Impero Connect?** I have to remember to "sleep" my host, or the system will remain active, after I've concluded my session. **What problems is Impero Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** With CORVID I needed to provide 4 folks from our office to work from home securely. Netop allowed me to do that, more efficiently and at a lower cost than LOGMEIN. ### 3. You don't have to remember the host names; you can just click. **What do you dislike about Impero Connect?** Netop is 'mixed mode'; some parts run HTTP(s), some parts run tcp and some parts run udp. This makes troubleshooting a real pain. **Recommendations to others considering Impero Connect:** It is buggy, but great when it works **What problems is Impero Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a lot of computers running in factories far away (China). Netop (when it works) allows us to support remote operators in a way where they can see what's being done (unlike remote desktop). ### 4.
