Its very user-friendly, i like that i can schedule multiple contracts, i really like the wide range of payout options, such as based on specefic order values, customer countries, product SKUs and categories as well as customer type. This allows the brands to act a lot more strategically compared to other networks. I also think the Impact support team are one of the most reactive and knowledgeable in terms of techincal aspects. Also the reporting is amazing such as data labs, it allows me to see exactly what i am looking for and find the specefic data very easily. This helps me be very reactive and find key insights to help performance. Sometimes, when tracking issues have occured it has taken a little while to resolve due to the technical knowledge that is sometimes required. As an affiliate manager, some of the aspects are beyond my knowledge and are even a struggle for the brand's technical team. Therefore i feel we rely quite heavily on Impacts technical team to even support some of the brand's internal processes to resolve tracking.
