What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you? impact.com is solving the problem of managing multiple affiliate partnerships in one place. It tracks clicks, sales, and commissions accurately, which removes confusion and saves time. What do you dislike about impact.com? Everything about this has been a mess. The affiliate sites are spammy and seem to be pushing fraudulent form submissions just to collect lead payouts. Not a single form submission we’ve received has been legitimate. When I reached out, Impact support denied there was an issue and they’ve continued billing us anyway. Instead, it drained our finances and marketing budget due to fraudulent lead submissions, and we received zero constructive support to help rectify the issue.
