imotrack is a rental management software built for real-estate investors with 1 to 25 properties in Spain, resident or non-resident. It brings together rent collection, expenses, tenants, leases and Spanish income tax in one web and iOS app. Investors mark rents as paid and see late payments at a glance. Invoices are captured by photo or email forwarding: AI reads the amount, date and category and files them under the right property. Leases uploaded as PDF are parsed automatically (tenant, dates, rent, deposit), with reminders before each end date and tracking of extensions. imotrack handles long-term, room-by-room, mid-term and holiday lets, including per-room leases and shared expenses split between tenants. Mortgages are split into interest and principal to show gross, net and cash-on-cash return per property. Deductible expenses, depreciation and reductions are calculated all year, and a Modelo 100 or Modelo 210 summary is ready for the tax adviser. Existing spreadsheets can be imported as they are. Available in Spanish, English and French.
