ImmoAdmin is an AI-powered property management platform built specifically for landlords and professional property managers in Quebec. Unlike generic property management software, ImmoAdmin is designed around Quebec’s rental environment and centralizes day-to-day property operations in one platform, including TAL residential leases, lease renewals and notices, RL-31 workflows, rent collection, accounting and financial reporting, maintenance, tenant communications, applicant management, documents, and a dedicated tenant portal. ImmoAdmin’s AI assistant goes beyond answering questions. Users can give it instructions in natural language and it can execute supported actions directly inside the platform, such as preparing a lease renewal, creating a lease, recording an expense, classifying documents, or preparing tenant communications. Sensitive actions remain under the user’s control and require confirmation when appropriate. The platform also supports multi-property portfolios, multi-entity accounting, role-based team access, rent rolls, delinquency reporting, budgeting, CapEx and reserve fund tracking, accounting exports, electronic signatures, maintenance workflows, SMS and email communications, and AI-assisted document processing. ImmoAdmin was developed in Quebec and shaped through real-world property management operations. Elevate Real Estate, which manages more than 1,500 units in Quebec, has participated in the platform’s design and validation since its early development. ImmoAdmin is designed to serve both independent landlords and professional property management teams looking to centralize their operations, reduce repetitive manual work, and manage larger portfolios with less administrative overhead.
