Inability to correct previous balances/invoices, requirement to reverse transactions, processing time, does not support union payroll dues, reconciliations are cumbersome, IQAs/Reports are not user friendly etc. Implementation was alot more cumbresome and difficult. We use the Communities platform which is very basic. It was fine for our association, but then we started having an issue posting HTML links and community notifications may or may not go out. The system has the capacity to be configured to the way we work and adapt as we change. The core system is about "contacts", in our case primarily members, but also caters for prospects, non memmbers, employers and workplaces. It hasth ekey requriements for billling, payments, communication and reporting all built in as standard that you can then configure to be specifically what you need.
