As a user who spends most of the day using IMIS, I run into issues more frequently than I would expect, based on other user interfaces I experience in my personal life. The caveat here is that I am not in the tech field and our organization does not currently have a tech person on staff. iMIS has made great strides in make the software very user freindly. With EMS uses are able to configure iMIS to meet their needs and do things, that before, required a programmer. They have intergrated a new report writing tool that is easy to use to generate professional results. However, for me the best thing is the automatic updates. The iMis system is able to connect to a number of different solutions that have allowed us to grow our membership benefits and customize the user experience in a way that feels more hands on than automated (even though it's fairly well automated). We have been with the system since 2012 and are pleased at the additions and upgrades that have been put into the system. They truly do help our organization run more smoothly.
