Statt Objektverwaltung, Kundenkartei, Telefonie, Vertragsvorlagen und Buchhaltung auf fünf Werkzeuge zu verteilen, laufen sie bei IMFINITY in einem System zusammen. Funktionen: • Objekt- und Exposéverwaltung — alle Objekte, Status und Unterlagen zentral. Exposé-Text per KI, Ausgabe als PDF mit Titelseite und allen Fotos. • Portalübertragung — fehlende Pflichtangaben werden direkt unter dem Portal angezeigt und ausgefüllt, bevor das Objekt rausgeht. • Lead- und Kontaktmanagement — vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss, mit Verknüpfung Objekt ↔ Kunde und vollständiger Historie. • KI-Telefonie — automatisierte Anrufe, Lead-Qualifizierung und Anruf-Analyse. • Deals und Provisionen — Pipeline, Abschlüsse und Provisionen jederzeit im Blick. • Rechnungen und Buchhaltung — Rechnungen, Ausgaben und Reports ohne Medienbruch. • Termine und Aufgaben — Kalender, Notartermine und Service-Tickets vereint, Kalender-Sync per iCal. • Immobilienbewertung — Bewertungs-Tool für die Akquise. • Formulare — deutsche Formulare inklusive GwG, Unterschrift direkt auf dem Gerät. • Investoren-Portal, API und White-Label für Agenturen.
