Not much. Our office requires us to use this management software.

**What do you dislike about iManage Records Manager?**

Not able to click and drag files into folder without using sidebar. Not able to download folders. I have to download files within the folders.

**What problems is iManage Records Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not much. Our office requires us to use this management software.

**What do you like best about iManage Records Manager?**

When used properly, it's very convenient for saving, storing and searching documents.

**What do you dislike about iManage Records Manager?**

It's pretty clunky.  The plugin frequently crashes in Outlook.

**What problems is iManage Records Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatically filing emails once the luggage tag is in place.
