It’s suitable for a variety of industries ranging from small businesses to large corporations, and is highly scalable. iMaint is offered as an on-premise or online, cloud-hosted solution; it can also be accessed on mobile devices. Pricing begins at $60 per user/month. Since 1986, DPSI has served over 6,000 companies and 50,000 users in over 50 countries, including more than 400 of the Fortune 500 companies. ## iMaint Reviews ### 1. iMaint Feedback **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2019 **What do you like best about iMaint?** I enjoy most of all the level of transparency I have available so I can see and share real time information. This makes it simple to get an update without having to contact members of our team in production facilities that are otherwise too busy most of the time during normal office hours. **What do you dislike about iMaint?** I dislike the amount of work it takes to correct something. Also, when I am needing to input a spare part, why can't we auto populate things or even deselect items that we would just skip over? That way when you tab through it is only in fields that you want. **Recommendations to others considering iMaint:** Be sure that when you are setting this up that you have a plan prior and everyone on board to understand the system, naming, coding and processes. **What problems is iMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the completion of PMs and we are benefiting from not having too much downtime from things of that nature as well as organization of our parts cages so that less time is spent searching for items. **Official Response from Ashley Bullin:** > We appreciate your feedback. It is very intuitive. We were able to train and implement 5 locations within six months. **What do you dislike about iMaint?** The mobile app still needs work. We would very much like to reduce the amount of paper we use for work orders. **What problems is iMaint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a good record of when and what is done to our equipment is a great value.
