imagino is the AI-Driven Customer Engagement Platform built for the AI-Powered Marketer to optimise the customer engagement experience end to end. Imogen, its embedded intelligence layer, works directly on your live, governed customer data, never a copy of it, so marketers build audiences, orchestrate journeys, and launch personalised campaigns in hours instead of weeks, without waiting on IT. Use whichever AI you already trust. Imogen connects seamlessly to OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, or your own enterprise models, so you get the intelligence layer without giving up control. Every decision runs on your terms: your prompts, your approval workflows, your security policies, your brand rules. The payoff is measurable: Toyota Financial Services lifted email open rates 65% and cut call handling time from 30 minutes to 1. Saint-Gobain onboarded new users 3x faster and cut campaign operations costs in half. Recognised twice by Forrester in 2026, in the Customer Data Platform Landscape and the Cross-Channel Marketing Hubs Landscape, imagino powers customer engagement for more than 100 leading brands across retail, luxury, financial services, travel, media and governmental.
