Anonymizer is a privacy-first Windows application that helps users find, review, and redact sensitive information in documents. It is built for professionals and organizations that work with confidential documents and need support for reducing exposure of personal data such as names, addresses, phone numbers, identifiers, and other sensitive information. Anonymizer processes documents locally on the user’s own device. Customer documents are not uploaded, stored, or used for training as part of normal product use. The product supports document anonymization and pseudonymization workflows, including rule-based detection, entity recognition, masking, redaction, and review before export. Users remain responsible for verifying outputs before use. Anonymizer is developed and sold by Imaging Future ApS, Denmark, and distributed via ec2act.com.
