It is easy to measure Western blot analysis. **Recommendations to others considering ImageJ:** Yes **What problems is ImageJ solving and how is that benefiting you?** I dont have problem ### 2. Need to go back and forth between user guide to figure out a new thing. **Recommendations to others considering ImageJ:** Get familiar with the software using trial images first before starting your analysis. **What problems is ImageJ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Western blot quantification. ### 3. There are many options and tools but no explanation on what it does. It takes time to explore it to be able to use it effectively **Recommendations to others considering ImageJ:** use other platforms (or google) to look up how to use imageJ for your purpose. Much is possible, you just need to know how to use it. **What problems is ImageJ solving and how is that benefiting you?** analysis images from microscopy and processing them into different formats or counting particles and constructing time lapse videos ### 4.
