ILYAN (I Left You A Note) is a guest engagement platform for hotels. Guests scan a branded QR code in their room, or tap an NFC touchpoint, and a web portal opens on their phone. No download, no login. They can ask the AI concierge questions 24/7 by web or WhatsApp, send the hotel team a private note, and book the restaurant, spa, late checkout or room service. Notes that need action become tracked tickets for the right department, so issues get fixed before checkout. ILYAN also sends pre-arrival WhatsApp messages, timed upsell offers and short post-stay surveys, and pulls TripAdvisor, Booking.com and Google reviews into one dashboard with AI-drafted replies. Hotels can start with just the front desk. It runs standalone from day one, with PMS integration available.
