iLovePaghe is a cloud-based payslip distribution and employee management platform for Italian businesses, HR teams and payroll professionals. Administrators upload the PDF containing the payslips prepared by their payroll provider. iLovePaghe separates the documents, matches them to employees using their Italian tax code and prepares individual email deliveries for review and confirmation. Employees can access their payslips and documents through the employee app for iPhone and Android. The platform also includes attendance tracking with GPS or company QR codes, leave and absence requests, employee records, internal communications and an administrative dashboard with delivery history and workforce statistics. It is designed for companies that want to manage recurring HR activities through a browser and give employees access from their phones. iLovePaghe distributes existing payslips; payroll calculations remain with the company's payroll provider.
