I love leasing has more settings and functionality than I have seen in any other CRM. Your property has its own digital brochure set up, they have amazing e-mail templates provided and you also have the option to create your own with personalized information (prospect name, layout, size needed, etc.). The only issue I have come across with using ILoveLeasing was an integration with our Facebook Page, we had some issues to start, but their customer service has been amazing and we now have it set up! The accessibility to our prospects and the ease of being able to contact them with both effective and timely responses. We use ILoveLeasing for lead management. We have all of our sources integrated and use tracking numbers so we can track and see how different internet listing sites are performing. The setup for ILoveLeasing was a little bit complicated because we needed to set up tracking numbers on all our sources. We use I Love Leasing to track prospect leads. It allows us to see how well each of our paid advertising internet listing sites is doing, and how many leads each is producing.
