Illumine support is very responsive and they are always updating their platform and app. The app was the most comprehensive option available at the time when seeking out a suitable app. They were not the cheapest option but due to their willingness to add features we needed, the responsiveness of the team and the many already available features we went ahead with them. They have recently been adding premium options, when signing on with them, it was not communicated to me that there would be added costs for new features. While I understand that it may be fair in some cases to charge extra, this was not part of the original agreement. For the price I am paying, and being an existing customer that is still awaiting features to be configured to work in our setting, I don't agree that we should pay extra for these "premium" features. Some of these are also not entirely new modules but add on features. We have yet to get our Reports to work in the Illumine App configurations as it is not fully customizable.
