Look no further. **What problems is Illumina solving and how is that benefiting you?** Illumina is healing people through breakthrough DNA technology. During this tenure, for numerous projects, we have been dependant on Illumina-based instruments and consumables. In the sequencing domain, they are the leaders who can provide more data at a reduced price. We have generated data for Fundamental research, Clinical samples for diagnostic applications, Agricultural genomics applications, Population genetics research, Genome-wide association studies (GWAs) , Animal and Microbes genome sequencing projects etc. Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) being a standard tool to various research applications such as Genome, Transcriptome, Methylome, Metagenome and the Illumina provides the much-needed support in high-quality reagent kits and instruments needed to support those applications. **What do you like best about Illumina?** The best part of Illumina is their end-to-end support for all possible applications, be it the Sample preparation process, Sequencing process, Bioinformatics and data analysis process, result interpretation, and tertiary analysis process. They have the products and services to support the users at various stages of NGS workflow. They also provide "cloud space " for computational work and storage. Base space and Dragon products support our data analysis work flow. **What do you dislike about Illumina?** While Illumina's innovation and growth are phenomenal, their support is more beneficial to the latest users/service providers in the market. They are not that supportive in the up-gradation /Replacement of old instruments in a cost-effective manner to their long-term loyal users.
