The lay out minimizes user errors and it is easy to upload and manage campaigns. Reporting is complete, fast and intuitive. The customer service is top-notch. For example, we requested that they integrate with audio inventory and while it didn't happen overnight, the team was responsive, evaluated the business opportunity and completed the integration. We've worked with Acuity since 2011 not because we have to but because we choose to. **What do you dislike about illumin?** Works best with Chrome, I use tend to use Firefox. This is nitpicking a bit, but Acuity bills on calendar month, would like the flexibility to bill on broadcast month to align with legacy media. **Recommendations to others considering illumin:** They are super helpful. **What problems is illumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** We deliver programmatic advertising campaigns for clients. Acuity let's us find the right users, and it's AI helps us optimize to desired outcomes. We offer programmatic buying services to our clients and Acuity is our go-to platform. ### 3. It's very helpful to have a self-serve contact, otherwise I would have issues getting everything launched correctly. It would be nice to have a more robust resource/learning center. **What problems is illumin solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping to automate to a higher degree our display campaigns for clients, and house them all within one platform/dashboard. ### 4.
