Acuity Ads has been a great partner to work with and has provided us with a full-service prospecting ad service from creation to execution to reporting. "Very solid and flexible, multi-channel programmatic tool"

What do you like best about illumin?

* Easy of use

* Responsiveness of the team

* Fully capable

I've used several programmatic platforms and this is the most user-friendly and logical. The lay out minimizes user errors and it is easy to upload and manage campaigns. Reporting is complete, fast and intuitive. The customer service is top-notch. For example, we requested that they integrate with audio inventory and while it didn't happen overnight, the team was responsive, evaluated the business opportunity and completed the integration.

We've worked with Acuity since 2011 not because we have to but because we choose to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about illumin?

Works best with Chrome, I use tend to use Firefox.

This is nitpicking a bit, but Acuity bills on calendar month, would like the flexibility to bill on broadcast month to align with legacy media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about illumin?

I like that there are a lot of options for targeting with various tactics, and the customization you can build out for billing (especially working on the agency side). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the platform to not have a very intuitive interface, compared to other platforms I have used. It's very helpful to have a self-serve contact, otherwise I would have issues getting everything launched correctly. It would be nice to have a more robust resource/learning center.
