Companies use it to create tailored business applications, connect existing systems and automate interactions between people, applications and data sources. User interfaces, process logic, interfaces & data integrations are available on a single platform. This allows you to digitise processes that your existing software only partially supports, reduce manual processing and meet new requirements. Existing applications can be extended where needed, and additional applications can be added on the same platform. The integrated UI Designer lets you organise information, input fields and actions to suit each task, workstation and user role. Employees receive the information and functions they need for their particular process step. Automate processes across system boundaries The workflow engine controls when processing starts, which rules apply and what happens next. Events, schedules or interface calls can trigger processes. Automated processing steps can be combined with manual checks, decisions and approvals. Connect existing systems and data sources The integrated data integration and transformation module, Flowzy.IPAAS, connects the Flowzy platform to ERP, WMS, shipping, finance, document management and other surrounding systems. APIs, webhooks, database access, file interfaces and SFTP interfaces are used to import, validate and enrich data and convert it into the required formats and structures. Flowzy.IPAAS is available as a standalone, scalable application built on the Flowzy platform. Monitor processes and handle exceptions Execution logs, processing steps and errors support monitoring and diagnosis. Custom user interfaces and monitoring screens allow you to track transactions, add missing information or correct invalid data. Manual exception handling becomes part of the defined process. Use ready-made applications as a starting point Alongside individually tailored business applications, ready-made solutions based on Flowzy are available. These include Flowzy.WMS for warehouse management, Flowzy.Ship for shipping operations and Flowzy.IPAAS for interfaces, data integration and process automation. Trackzy adds shipment tracking, while RatePilot supports the selection of suitable shipping options. EasyFlow supports task and fleet management for autonomous mobile robots. Flowzy provides a common foundation for tailored business applications, interfaces & data integrations and process automation.
