The app works on iOS devices and Android phones and tablets and offers users a superior experience that includes: \* Contact management that can capture leads anytime, anywhere \* Customizable notes added to lead records \* Real-time data and reports for event organizers and exhibitors \* On-demand lead analyis backed up and synched on a secure webiste \* Ability to scan 1D and 2D barcode types: PDF 417, QR Code, Code 39, Code 128, UPC and EAN All exhibitor leads synch to LeadsLightning, their personal online dashboard. Exhibitors can segment and distribute leads immediately and customize their follow-up using specified demographics and qualifiers. The platform is less user friendly and making it difficult to navigate and utilize for someone like me who is relatively new to this. The leads provided are of low quality with a low conversion rate. **What do you dislike about iLeads?** Tthe customer support team is not accessible to assist and provide advice. One major drawback is the customer support. It is quite frustrating when issues arise and we receive unhelpful responses, which hampers our ability to make use of the platform and maintain smooth business operations. **What problems is iLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?** The user interface feels outdated and unintuitive posing problem in extracting insights. iLeads has truly been obstructive for my business. It is unable to solve the problems of finding leads by providing a user platform. ### 2. The option to scan badges or use badge IDs is a lacking feature. **What do you dislike about iLeads?** There are some aspects that I find unsatisfactory about this software. It claims to generate, distribute, and sell a range of leads it lacks transparency when it comes to the sources and quality of these leads. This lack of information makes it difficult to evaluate the reliability. **What problems is iLeads solving and how is that benefiting you?** iLeads does provide features for monitoring and following up with prospects at events it falls short in terms of customization and personalization. iLeads has not solved the problems of prospecting and lead generation, for my business.
