**What do you like best about Ikaun?**

We burden our salespeople with a lot of activity that keeps them from actually talking to prospects. Searching for answers needed to move deals forward is a biggie. Unika allows sellers to quickly benefit from the collective knowledge of the company to get answers needed to close deals. 

It leverages knowledge stored across all your internal systems to help onboard sellers more quickly, reinforce the sales process, enable reps to upsell and cross-sell and more. Think about how much precious sales time is lost to fetching the information, experts, and answers and what would happen to productivity if you could reduce the lost time. 

**What do you dislike about Ikaun?**

There's so much noise in the sales enablement space, that not enough people know about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Ikaun:**

Take advantage of their free "Prove it" program.

Portal creation using their ready-made templates

**What do you like best about Ikaun?**

intuitive to use, add content, and customize. Lot's of different ways to apply this tool in your sales and marketing departments no matter your title or intention - all in one platform! Easily to scale no matter how small or big your team.  

**What do you dislike about Ikaun?**

couple tiny bugs to work out but nothing too deterring as they continue to refine the product. 

**What problems is Ikaun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better integrating the activities between our sales and marketing initiatives and on-boarding new sales and marketing staff as efficient as possible.
