There are a few things I dislike about IHire, mainly around language awareness. I wish there were a feature to filter applicants by a certain level of language comprehension, although it’s possible I’m just not using the platform correctly or haven’t found that option yet. I really like the cross postings feature in iHire because it allows me to post a job in one category, and then the AI function recognizes keywords to post it into additional categories, which gives my posting more visibility. I'm on the fence. I like that I can source for candidates. Yet, I'm not too pleased with the pool of candidates. I like the idea that I can filter out resumes I already viewed, yet that filter has been rendered usuless, as I still see viewed resumes even when I select do not show. I like iHire because their platform is robust and has several internal tools that are helpful. I appreciate the scoring system that helps identify standout applicants, and I like the ability to communicate with clients via text and email. Their job postings are more standout than our typical website posting.
