The best part of the training was the ease to use, everything felt very simple and easy to get on with. someone with little skill on the computer could have done this. What do you dislike about iHasco e-learning? i dislike the use of videos that you have to keep stopping and starting the whole way through, i believe that this could be improved upon by having a written script to follow as the video plays, this could be used to highlight the key parts making it faster and more effective at teaching. I think that i have suggested things that would make the training more streamlined and effective at helping colleagues learn the information on anti-money laundering training. Really feels a bit unnecessary that in the demo section you switched from a female to a male. Why? Can't females demonstrate /use extinguishers? As the course stands, all the passive info and learning section is delivered by a female, and the active section, a tiny bit at the end, is delivered by a male. I'm pleased to see you felt the training had good structure and nice animations. I wanted to take the opportunity to reassure you that there was no intent behind the choice to make either party ‘passive’ - both have active roles. The female and male are both members of our presenter group, and we feel the female is in just as powerful a position as the male because both parts are required for us to provide comprehensive training on a very important subject. We are very sorry if this has caused upset, but our male presenter is actually more experienced at delivering lines whilst demonstrating, so he was chosen for his abilities as opposed to his gender - as we advocate in our Unconscious Bis course.
