On the publishing side, Ignix schedules and posts to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, Snapchat, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp and Google Business Profile from one drag-and-drop calendar. Posts can be queued at the best time for each account, uploaded in bulk, adapted per network, recycled as evergreen content, and sent through an approval flow before they go live. Chat automation is handled by a visual flow builder. It turns public comments into direct messages — the "comment a keyword and I'll DM you" pattern — and then carries the conversation on its own, using keywords, conditions, delays, A/B split testing, contact fields and saved replies, with handoff to a human the moment someone needs one. Broadcasts and sequences reach existing contacts within each network's messaging rules. Every direct message, comment and review from every connected channel lands in one shared inbox, with filters, assignment, roles, internal notes and a shared library of replies. An embeddable web chat widget puts the same AI agent on the company's own website, so site visitors and social followers are handled in the same place. An AI assistant writes captions, first comments and post ideas, and generates images inside the composer. Autopilot produces complete post drafts, copy and artwork together, and follows the brand's own colors, layout and writing style — which Ignix learns from what the accounts already publish rather than from a settings form. An MCP server exposes the platform to AI assistants, so publishing, inbox and analytics can be driven conversationally. Reporting covers top posts, best publishing times, engagement and follower growth per account and per network, with exportable PDF reports for clients. Social listening tracks mentions on X and Reddit, scores the sentiment of incoming messages, comments and reviews, and raises an alert when negativity spikes. Ignix connects only through the networks' official APIs, using each platform's own authorization flow: customers never share passwords, and accounts can be disconnected at any time. Pricing is flat. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and unlimited messages, so the bill does not grow with audience size. Plans start at $19 per month, extra social accounts can be added for $6 per month, and monthly entry plans include a 7-day free trial.
