I was lucky enough to have Anda as my contact through the prospecting process. My company was evaluating options for a handwritten note service and interviewed 5 different companies as potential options.

From a product perspective: There are a few services that use robots like Ignite does, but many just print a "handwritten" font on paper. The price difference is marginal when you consider the effect of authenticity. Some services had the same or similar offerings, and some beat Ignite on price. The differentiator here was the customer support.

The fact is that Ignite has the best quality, followup, and support by far. The other services barely followed up with me, and I had very little confidence that they'd be able to help if anything went wrong on our end. Anda was quick, responsive, and wildly helpful.
