**What do you like best about IGNITE CTRM?**

All the essential information—such as Exposure, PnL, Quantity, Price, Day-to-day PnL, YTD PnL, and Pricing details—is conveniently displayed in a single window. I find this feature extremely valuable, especially since other CTRMs I have used lack this capability. Having everything in one place saves time and reduces the risk of errors that can occur when switching between multiple windows.

**What do you dislike about IGNITE CTRM?**

While all the necessary information is conveniently displayed in a single tab, Ignite could greatly enhance its readability. Additionally, extracting data to Excel, specifically through simple copy-paste rather than accessing database tables is not very user-friendly. I suggest introducing more features that allow users to manipulate data, such as grouping and moving rows, to facilitate faster analysis. It would also be beneficial to consider adding a pivot table feature.

**Recommendations to others considering IGNITE CTRM:**

Ignite is a user-friendly platform with all necessary information in one window, but for deeper analysis, you need to have proper database tables to extract the data and analyze.

**What problems is IGNITE CTRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The whole data flow of the business is run through Ignite. Exposures, profit and Loss information, pricing information, daily prices of derivative and spot prices are all uploaded and used through Ignite.
