Interactive dashboards (called lobbies in IFS) are an excellent way to make the job easier for end-users: they will see the correct information to perform the right task at the right moment. For a business that has over 100 entities - most standard software packages don't meet our needs. With IFS we are able to easily move between different entities, build group reports and utilise a consolodation module (that we dont use currently) The add on of business analytics is a great feature as its so adaptable and easy to build the exact reports you are after. IFS is complex enough for our multi entity purposes but in some parts its out of the box solution is too big for our processes. To work around this we have a number of automations that push through unnecessary steps of procurement for example which works for us but is a lot of clickng around the system.
