The best thing with IFS cloud is how easy it is to apply service updates and new releases.

Applying a new release is done i 1-2months compared to the 1-2year upgrade projects that was needed earlier.

The one area I wish IFS would address at least from a Clevest perspective is the Gensis programming tool use to build the solution set in Clevest. Even though there are endless customisable menus and events - the majority of time require a modification and a cost to the customer due to it not being able to change the standard configuration

There are a few bugs that RnD should fix; however, they again say it is the standard configuration.
