What do you like best about IFS Cloud?

Once you are familar with the platform then navigating through it is easy. The commands are basic and easy to remember. When the system lacks a certain function or field it is easy to create custom fields to meet the users needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IFS Cloud?

It is not intuitive. The system does not know how connect objects together. Documents, Modifications, Maintenance plans, nothing has "connection". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IFS Cloud?

I like that we are able to handle most requirements wtihout having to do extensive coding. We can add custom events or custom fields relatively easily and that doesn't impact our ability to take on the most recent updates. What do you like best about IFS Cloud?

Almost all industry practices are covered across Aviation, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, FMCG and Service Industry. Further, the architecture of IFS allows the customers to configure it by themselves some inhouse tailored solutions.

User friendly and it allows for intergation with any external vendors through REST API. Implementation of IFS is not complex and general agile format is more than enough to achieve the goal in short term. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IFS Cloud?

The customer support for the standard product defects.

The time taken to resolve minor bug fixes.

Lack of industry knowledge from support team members.
